    I think it's very much down to the individual property. I have an NRAS property in Windsor, QLD - tenant ( early 30's) passed away this week. Tenancy Manager has relisted the property yesterday and there are 25 appointments for the Saturday open, already

    this big time. i have a property in Toowong i aim at the international student market. tennant left 3 weeks ago so i got some work done and listed it on the notice boards at UQ and QUT, as well as online.

    i have had 4 applications so far. all came in on Thursday when a round of uni offers went out.
