    Listening to Chris Gray's latest podcast of sky bus property show.
    He had CEO of Century 21.
    They were talking about fixed vs variable and interest only vs principle and interest..

    Cent 21 CEO didn't have the faintest idea.
    He was speaking about being I/o on your loan but using the term "fixed"..
    Chris gray was talkiing about fixed vs variable and he was waffling about I/o vs p&i.. A complete shambles.

    Was a train wreck to listen to, but Chris gray pushed on through..

    I watched that on Sky Business the other day. It got worse when he was challenged by the other guest and insisted he was correct.
