Hum, We have Snow colour leather (not stark white) ;)
Look clean and fits almost any interior. Hubby clean it and maintain it every couple of months

P.S> No kids, just a dog

We have a velour type L couch in grey.
We bought it with the logic that our weimaraner dogs are grey.. Really should have bought a brown couch :(

We have recently said goodbye to my lovely snow white couches that were over 20 years old and have gone to another family. Had to let them go because they did not fit the new area.

They have survived two children, their friends and pets simply because we placed a thick cover over them that was washed bi weekly.

So go with whatever you fancy and just look after them.

I have two snow white leather couches in the second seating area of our open plan - with bright throws - and they are virtually indestructable.

Although - I'm not really a fan of leather ... sticky in summer, cool in winter ... hence the throws. My main couches are old Fantastic Furniture, bright blue, rolled arms with grey covers. I also want to update these but can't decide on a colour - and need something dog/chocolate/feet proof
