    Too far for me to travel for some sticky pole action sorry :( @datto is pretty limber from what I hear though, he may be up for it

    It's from these kinds of activities I regained the flexibility to do the splits and the strength to do chin-ups. And since I'm not playing volleyball on Wednesdays now, I have time....

    I don't know how much faith I'd have on those 50mm thick mats if I were to slide head first down the pole.

    From memory we had really thick mats then the thinner ones on top. But one lady fell off a Lyra.... She was out of action for a while. It was a serious injury.

    I used to be a regular of this activity. As an observer only.

    Though, I remember the girls wore much less. Do you still tip them like we used to? What about private room displays?
