    I hardly think that that is the reason that they were here. Rather, the soldiers know that while they are here, they can make a lot of money reselling the stuff back home. I've seen the people in the supermarkets, buying their maximum four cans, putting it I to their cars, and later going back for more.

    The real reason for their visit was so that they could use local wifi to bypass the Great Firewall of China.

    Can't blame them considering the baby formula in China is often toxic or placebo

    There was a huge issue in 2008, where contaminated formula sent some 300,000 babies to hospital.

    One estimate is that 80-90% of Australian formula milk is destined for China.

    However,last week, China announced plans to increase quality and confidence in local milk products, impacting share prices of international formula milk producers.
