Child Support Payment

    Yes, and if they are receiving money to support the kids then they would have more money overall, which would allow them to have more disposable income for servicing a loan.

    Also, who are we to question what is in the child's best interests... having a stable PPOR where the children don't need to move every six months causing disruption in their lives could be very important part of the child's need, particularly if they have special needs like autism where change is very difficult.

    Liberty is relative lenient with child support income from ex.
    Basically, there is no minimum credit history requirement (can be one week or one month )unlike other lenders need at lease 3-6 months crediting history.

    ie. Liberty takes one month (or one week) 100% child support credit as servicing income. But if just a fresh separating not yet receiving payment, then they will not take it as income in the servicing calculation.
