Obviously worked for Cherie, but then she is one of those people who is relentless in her drive and enthusiasm.
Personally I think there are better ways to make money from property but then I have yet to succeed so maybe my opinion does not carry too much weight.
There were people on her course who I knew would not be able to successfully implement her systems. I think property investment is a rather personal thing that, whilst the majority are capable,it is down to the individual to relentlessly learn and develop their own strategies to compliment their personal strengths.

Thread going already. PC is in full swing now that multiple threads are coming up!

    My summary :
    -Bogan Reno
    -Not sold at auction,
-Price offered didn't beat the record

-... Brown paper bag exchanged for price to beat record, thus resulting in more media coverage :p

She's back on TLR tonight at 7.30 and will be answering questions online from 8.30-10pm on their Faceybook page.

Like I've said, met her a few years ago and she is not a 'renovator'. She is an entrepreneur. The stuff she told me, (taking it on good faith) she's brilliant.

she certainly is an entrepreneur - she would not have attracted a huge following if she was just a renovator. Yes she could have reinvested the money into another property as people suggested, but she invested her money into something that will build a lot more wealth than just another property - she attracted an audience - that's what entrepreneurs do.

Wonderful work, not taking away from the result, however I would still need to work ROI over 7 years averaging around 185k per year gross profit.
