    $5,970 is pricey! Youtube, Google, and Property Chat are free.

    Oh, and she has a heap of videos for free too. I'm confident you could put that money to much better use..

    1) Buy house
    2) Paint it, new flooring, new curtains, light fittings and flat pack kitchen
    3) Revalue

    That will be $5950 please

    I have a couple of clients who did the course. One has actually started buying, yet to revalue.

    I'd avoid paying any fees until you had utilised all the available free resources first.
