    Hi all,

    I basically got a open kitchen/dining/lounge room that's 12x3.6x2.4 in an apartment.

Can people review my lighting plan.

I note colours represent connect lights to a dimmer.

Fans are bigass white series I 60in with no light.

The electrical proposes use of pierlite lights.

    Astara Open Gimbal Downlight

Can people please give feedback on grouping of lights, and suggestions of led lights if the ones proposed should be switched.

    Thanks

Entry/Dining should be 2 way switched, Dining area - all lights on same switch.

You enter the unit then have to go to the dining room to turn on the other lights but go back to turn off the hallway - not practical.

Thank you. I should have mentioned I have them 2 way as you suggested.

What do you mean by "all lights on same switch" I was trying to create zoning

The 4 lights in the area near the couch should be on the one switch, the ones near the four near the table on another switch & the hall separate.

Or go for a high tech system where you can program the lights individually.

For led dimmers, currently the top in the market are by MEDM (Also made by Gerard lighting), they are the only ones that can dim to 0.

I've got them installed throughout my house and the leds dim just like old school halogens do. Cost $30 a pop from sparkydirect (cheapest I found).
