    I'm happy to report that this house is now rented at $290 a week, a 6.3% yield. Roll on Cheapie Reno #3 in 6 months time..

    If I wrote a book about cheapie renos and everything I've learned, would anyone read it? I need a hobby while I wait and someone has suggested this to me
