    Hi there,

Planning on doing what most of the passive income earners here do (but I'm no passive income earner) and become a mortgage broker.

First step would be to get some qualifications done and down pat. Anyone know the cheapest place to get it done?

    Cheers,
    Shawn

Great time to enter the market. Like arriving in Alaska after the gold rush has ended.

TAFE NSW and countless others. TAFE may even offer a subsidised fee.
There is also the issue of mentoring and support

    lol - agreed.

Glad to have been in the industry for over a decade - certainly not an industry I'd be jumping into right now if starting off fresh.

    Cheers

perhaps not the best question to ask...............I sort of deal with this stuff daily.

perhaps a better question could be, where and what can I learn for the largest chance of success ?

Not per se, there are some low cost courses that will do the job of education just fine.

My point is more around the idealogy of value vs cost.

long and painful topic with reach that is far beyond what most humans perceive

lets say one harvests what one sows, with exponential growth, and how one does that small stuff is how we do the big stuff.
