Have you try gumtree. Sometimes you can find good quality and brand second hand for good price.

Technika is the worst project builders use. We had the dishwasher that we changed (always had the intention to)...it was flimsy though didn't test it.

    I'd go for CHEF ones.

It's cheap, but not much different to Westinghouse. I've got technika in my place and it's lasted about 7 years so far. The seal on the oven isn't the best anymore but it still works.

I'm pretty sure I put Technika hotplates and under-bench oven in a rental and it's been going strong for 5 years now with no sign of trouble.

Have had Technika ovens and hotplates in 3 properties for around 8 years, no problems to date.

eBay has a 20% off sale for Bing Lee today.
Just gotta use code 'CBING20' at checkout to get the 20% off.. might be worth a look? They have 'Chef' branded ovens.

There was a Technika oven in the house I bought early this year, dont buy one, although the oven is OK the grill cant be used as it smokes excessively and sets off all the alarms in the house. I discovered this is a well known problem with them and cant be fixed. To grill I had to buy a portable Euromaid oven which I keep in the enclosed verandah just off my kitchen.
