I have a little unit in Tas. Did a very cheap quick kitchen reno. I think it looks really good.

    New bunnings bench $127
    Paint old timber kitchen cupboards
Bunnings sticker floor tiles ~$1 each
    Bunnings door handles

The before pic is not my kitchen but its the one next door and exactly the same. Do you guys think the paint will last well on the timber? Correct undercoat was used.

    About $500 total.

It looks lovely and fresh. As for wear and tear - its really depends on the tenant, but being a small unit should not get over-used.

Thanks guy, no I already had the fridge and oven. the figure of $500 is just a guess as the paint was also used in other areas. Hope to get 5 years from this.
