Just want to see people's opinion on whether this would work, am i missing something or if im completely off with my analysis.

Aim build a functioning bathroom for the cheapest cost possible. Aesthetics is not a concern
    Need shower, vanity and toilet
House is elevated (on stumps) and the room is currently bare

In my last reno the tilling/bedding and waterproofing was the most expensive bath of the bathroom so I am trying to avoid this.

What i was thinking was the following:

Fibre cement sheeting on internal walls and a layer on floor (waterproof)

Vinyl flooring (just the stick on type like this Vinyl Sheet Econo 1.83m Ideal Char&grey Check Bud183 5302 - does say water proof and ok for bathrooms)

As for the vanity maybe using a mirror for a splashback and plumbing going through the floor

Toilet im sure will be fine as well with the plumbing going through the floor

As for the shower would the combination of the following work
    Estilo 90 x 90 x 190cm White Acrylic Shower Wall
    Estilo 1830 x 840-900 x 870mm Chrome Framed Glass Shower Screen
    Estilo 900 x 900mm Square Shower Base

If so this would be good as my handyman could pretty much fit everything except fittings and connecting the drains which would be done by the plumbing and the connection of one power outlet by the electrician

I would like to know if it is possible to add another bathroom to a property (3/2/1) ?

Main concern laundry is outside hence won't be able to use the plumbing for it.

What other options do I have and rough cost.
