Just wondering who here uses 'the opposite sex' factor with agents, tradies, etc when negotiating a deal or help build rapport?

I'll start if off. I can say from past experiences... some agents, consultants etc etc do seem to be more willing and helpful when you use the 'opposite sex charm' during conversations, negotiations and the like. I know its very important to build rapport and i guess this does help in some cases, even from personal experience i know its helped.

Anyone else here wink an eye, light up their smile or put the nice cologne on before meeting that Him or Her?? :D

Are you sure it isn't just simply the response from being warm and pleasant to deal with?

I'm all for it but you don't want to cross the line and be labeled a sleaze ball.
