    @KieranMc - looks like the minimum size affected will be 1000m2. Main change will be that owners in this category will now state 1 star rather than not being required to put in anything at all.

    I did come across an incentive the other day with regards to lighting (changing from Metal Halide High Bays to LED). Linky - NSW/Vic/SA

    @KieranMc - you spurred me into action on a half dozen sites. Will be getting quotes next week for lighting upgrades. Thanks for the reminder (or kick up the bum). ;)

    A few of those quotes have come back & payback period is 0.4 yrs compared to existing high bays.

    Have had one tenant replace them at their own volition the others we'll cover.
