    Hello my name is Vic.

Im 32 recently married and i bought my first property 10 years ago!! Ive ridden the Sydney property wave for the last 5 years and have managed to build up an equity of close to 2 mill. My strategy has been to buy land, develop and sell!! This has all ive been concentrating on and i do not have any rental properties. Im still building and selling but i fear it wont last much longer. Sydney rental yields are so low id rather sell and reinvest the profits :(

As land in Sydney becomes more and more expensive my search for a change in strategy has led me here ;) I believe building a neutral cashflow portfolio with upside for long term growth is the way to go for me in the not too distant future....

So many experts on here and im keen to learn.

    Vic :)

    Hi Vic

Go for it! Sydney has done spectacular over the last few years. Learn and go hard on the buying!

Have the equity spread over a few developments :)
