CGT - Selling Investment and buy another investment

    Hi guys,

    I've been searching and couldn't find an answer. Basically, I just want to know if I sell my investment property and buy another investment property, do I have to pay any CGT?

    If there is a gain you will need to.
    There is no rollover relief unless for small business.

    Thanks for the quick and short response. I heard you can defer CGT is this also a myth?
