Central coast tradies recommendations

    I'm looking for the following on the central coast NSW -

    Roofing (complete roof & gutter replacement)
    Built in wardrobe
    Deck/balcony off a second storey

    Have not had good past experiences with tradies here, being extremely overpriced and unreliable. E.g quotes (at least three) for a no frills built in wardrobe were over $1000 more than my parents in Sydney paid for one of about the same size and style. Tradies for other jobs over the years often just don't turn up or quote a price that's so ridiculous that we gave up.

    Any recommendations for reliable quality and reasonable tradespeople appreciated. thanks :)
