Best Central Coast suburb to invest?

    Hi all,

    I am looking to get some advice on an IP on the Central Coast in NSW.
    My current budget is $550,000 and I am ideally looking for a house on approx 500sqm however I am aware I am pushing it in terms of budget. Therefore, I would be happy to consider a townhouse or villa.

    My major concern is what suburb is best. I am currently looking at Gosford and Woy Woy, however Wyong seems to be more affordable. I am aware Wyong has a high crime rate and a not so great reputation, do you think it will gentrify over the next few years?

    Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thank you
