    Hi guys

I'm looking to cement render 2 facades of a corner house (brick veneer) in Vic.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

I hear the going rate for cement renderers is around $50 per sqm (labour and materials) ... does that sound about right?

How do they calculate the sqm, my facades happen to have huge windows (they take up 2/3 of the front facade and half of the side facade) .... do they count the total area ie: include the windows into the sqm, or do they just work out how many sqm of brick surface needs to be cement rendered?

    Thanks in advance.

Sounds like what I was quoted yesterday.
And $50/hr for the other stuff.
Better get a quote. I doubt they count windows but then you have to consider that they have to work around them.
