Cedar Woods developer (Williams Landing, Vic)

Hey all,

Has anyone had an experience with Cedar Woods?

I'm considering buying a H&L package in Williams Landing suburb of Melbourne. As per contract, the developer has added a leeway period of 36 months max. to land titling and settlement, and after that construction commences.

The current announced date of settlement is May 2020. I have heard some horror stories about delays in land settlement by developers.

I'm seeking specific feedback about Cedar Woods, if anyone has any from personal experience to share. Would you say they are usually on time or notorious for delays?

I know this may not entirely be up to the developer, but any feedback would still help.
