    Sorry if this has been requested before, but wondering if anyone can suggest good cash flow analysis software or excel spreadsheets for keeping records on properties owned with projected future forecasts i.e. interest rate changes, increase/ decrease rent, capital growth etc

    Property Investment Analysis software (PIA) from the old Somersoft website is the best.
    Trial version has some functionality disabled but the $245 version is great
