Hi, I visited a friend in casey today they have bought a villa there. Not too old very shiny and luxurious looking. The suburb is very nice too, new shopping center, schools and amenities everything is nearby and brand new. Those kind of villas/townhouses are still available for 450K range and rents for 480-500 a week. All that was very impressive to me, the yields are great and vacancy rates too low, less than 1%. What do you guys think about casey? I am sure we have lots of members who know Canberra very well. Casey seems to be my next spot instead of Adl.
