    Oh I see. Is there lots of house break ins in that area? I am not sure about the rental demand there. Did you get the tenants for your property quick enough? Thanks!

    it definitely needs some work, would you be able to build anything at the back later...Of course, I do not know what kind of property you are looking for. Did you check any other properties in the area for less $, even 3bdr, but with 2 baths?

    I don't think I can build anything at the back cos of the granny flat. I am just thinking of buy and hold for now. Always good to have an option for sub division later. Yeah, I looked at 3 bed 2baths but got outbid all the times. So, also thinking of H&L package in Truganina, Tarneit area if I can't find any in Werribee as they are closer to CBD. Please let me know what you think.

    Definitely avoid Rokeby!!! Very rough area of hobart, your place will get trashed or used by a drug dealer.

    @rook2017 I ended up offering a place in Deer Park but still waiting for the settlement in September.
