    I really haven't seen the attraction of Parramatta. I just don't get the place.

    Parramatta has the number one thing that is essential for good property purchases. Very low unemployment for people who really want a job. The Meriton building was sold off the plan to mainly Chinese investors, they had no idea of the value and the units are ridiculously small by parramatta standards. It is a great position but people dont understand value and simply buy for the sake of being in the market.

    yes, and those cashed up foreign investor will still hold on to their property, hence the market is still stagnant not falling drastically as the Doomsayers has been preaching.

    It’s just buying as two partners. There’s no structure. Your conveyancer just asks what name and what % and tenants in common or joint tenants.
