Caretaker Lease

    Has anyone had any success with a caretaker type lease arrangement?

    A no rent agreement where one covers the outgoings only. Given the current economic environment - this particular fellow is happy to:

    - Have some help carry the burden
    - Have the premise “look” active to minimise damage (broken windows etc)

    is this normal? I’m seeing more than handful outright saying no rent / cover VO’s

    Is the arrangement accommodation in lieu of payment as caretaker?

    Factory warehouse near the CBD and I believe he would like it paid per calendar month as usual.
