    Really well! Six out of six are rented out (assuming you count the pair of semis as two, which I generally don't) and a total arrears of around $400 as of this morning. I don't really have many maintenance issues that are out of the ordinary. If the banks would let me, I'd buy more there.

    By the way, in more realistic values, my Elizabeth holdings make up around a quarter of the value in my portfolio.

    Nah. Still own up there.

    Mrs Blacky is Ruski so it’s not nearly as scary. And even though it’s been explained a 100times I still don’t understand how the system ‘works’.

    It’s also highly volatile. We did fairly well on our Moscow apartment initially, but the market and currency is down a long way. So we are probably about break even but getting pretty good ROI at this point.
    Will look to sell in a year or two when we plan to buy in oz. will see what time brings.

    But for sure it’s not for the unwary or feint hearted.
    If you can’t speak, read and write Ruski stay the hell away!
