    Hi guys,

    How are we?

Unfortunately, I am going through hell with one of our developments in the residential growth zone of Noble Park. Our amended plans will not include a visitor space and therefore we need to complete a car park demand assessment.

My town planner has provided a guy, however, any of you guys used one in this area? What did it cost you?

P.S I have never had to do one before!

    Cheers Ivan

If the shortfall is only a few spaces (you mentioned one), a competent planner should be able to undertake the Car Parking Demand Assessment - the planning scheme sets out what must be discussed. At that level of magnitude it should be straightforward (having done these, and in particular one for a 4 space reduction in recent times, I know what I'm saying). If the shortfall is more significant a Traffic Engineer should be engaged. You could expect to pay around $3,000 - $4,000
