    Hi guys,

I am looking to buy my next IP, and my strategy is Capital Grow as much as possible, and I am happy to do some further renovation to increase in value.

After reading this website, I have decided to look in inner Brisbane suburbs like Kedron, Nundah, Moorooka, Northgate and Wavell Heights,

Any another suburb to look at? My budget is no more than 700K

I only have positive cash flow IP's and obviously need to add capital grow to be able to keep increasing my portfolio.

Also, Could you please explain to me how the auction process works? Any advice?

All good houses are in Auctions.

Sorry for my short knowledge I am still in the learning process;-(

This is how it works in Sydney at the present time. Brisbane auctions would be similar for hot property. (Warning - course language).

All good suburbs. A house in Nundah walking distance to rail and the nice cafe/shopping hipster hub would be my pick

Mate, for 700k you can buy a renovator in any suburb in brizzy. If you want strong capital growth i'd go as close to the city as possible. Pick any inner city suburb you want, they're all fantastic solid suburbs. And stay away from units.

Can you suggest some suburbs for good capital growth in a short term (3-5 yrs)? Not a Brissy guy but keen to know more.
