    Hi all,

    Michael Matusik has just released his latest 'Capital Cities Market Outlook' reports and I am thinking about purchasing the Perth report, but was first wondering if anyone had read these and found them useful/worthwhile (they go for $165 as an 'introductory' price).

    I subscribe to Michael Matusik's email newsletter (Matusik Missive) which I find quite informative, as far as free 'commentary lite' goes.

    I cant answer your question Im afraid but I found Matusik increasingly bearish and stopped reading his stuff.

    Interesting. Was that in relation to a specific city's out look or just the Australian market(s) on the whole?
