    Hi All,

I have seen agreements where 90 days were inserted, personally I ask for 14 & most PMs say that 24hrs notice is fine if not happy.

So, seeing some have trouble and some agents may seek to abuse in this period, what is wrong with 24 hrs, or instant for that matter ?

14-30 days allows sufficient time for notification to tenants of change of banking details, suppliers for billing details etc.

7 should allow for that even in this period.

The new PM would advise of change easily in 48 hrs ? bills etc should be no big deal.

The whole process can even be completed within 1 day.
