    Looking for a new pm for Belco area. Any recommendations? What are people paying and what does it include?

    I contacted two pm's earlier this week and neither replied.

    Unbelievable. The absolute fundamentals of running a business. When will business owners learn, property managers in particular, that it's less about the product/service you're selling and more about customer service that determines ongoing success?

    I know what I'd be writing back if they eventually reply!

    My son uses Melissa from Ashby Partners Property Management for his new unit in Gungahlin, he absolutely loves them. They're based in the city.
