Canberra Dual Occupancy Or Sub division Rules

    Hi All,

    I am looking for more information regarding the sub division or dual occupancy rules applied in Canberra.

    I have looked around over internet but could not get the correct information.

    At best I can get guess something from below link but I have seen couple of properties in RZ1 area sold as a separate title.

    I clearly understand from ACTPLA that Unit titling and subdivision is not permitted in RZ1 area but then how people are getting around this? What am I missing :eek:
