    Yeh ive noticed the same thing and you have to ask yourself why... I have not found any evidence of other times in history this has happened...

    Too much liquidity in the world.
    Tightening up now.

    All part of Long term debt cycle. I think a bit more losses for a year or so than the governments and agencies will looosen requirements or the Shadow bank system will get out of control.

    That's some of the conclusion ive come too also and mid cycle correction till next ramp up from what I can see

    Wonder no more, it happened just before the GFC. House prices crashed in USA, Ireland, and multiple other European countries (Spain, France, Lithuania, Iceland, Italy, Denmark). All around the same time. These things seem to come in waves.
