Can someone give me the cliffs notes on dual occ in Logan?

    All the properties I have are in BCC so I'm well versed in their rules.

    However I'm looking to purchase in Logan for the first time and need a quick rundown on the differences. I'm looking to understand primarily:

    1) Min property sizes required for sub division (if property is not located near city centre zoning), land size and frontage

    2) Granny flat rules - size of land required etc

    3) Rules about having a family occupy the bottom level and another at the top

    4) Anything else? I'd like to know what to look out for as I'm searching for properties

    @jaybean - 1-3 is all available in the development code on the Logan city council website. Suggest you going through that. There are different variations for blocks for subdivisions corner vs. not corner.

    Thanks. I don't believe there are different rules for corner vs non-corner in BCC unless I'm mistaken. Good to know.
