Can REA sell my property to a relative of theirs?
    It's a hyperthetical question.
And what happens if they do,.is this legal?

They have to make an "agent Interest disclosure declaration"
So the answer is yes , with provisos.
    I hope this helps

Not that you might know, particularlyif they have a different surname, but yes easily done.
You would just need to ensure you are happy with the price (Not talked Down from market value).
Always do yoir own due diligence (it's not just buying that you need to do this !).

Simple. No. The legal owner must agree and sign any contract. Therefore you sell not them. Real estate agents facilitate that. You can always refuse to sell.
