Can I get the First Home Buyer Grant and Home Build Grant?

Hi everyone,

So I'm "hoping" to be a first home buyer if I get the money for the 5% deposit (should be pretty fine). This is in NSW, assuming approximately $500k place.

Would this mean I could get:

• Stamp Duty offset using (First Home Buyer Assistance scheme)
• Plus $10k home buyers (First Home Buyer)
• Plus $25k home builder (HomeBuilder | Treasury.gov.au)

Letting me start at $35K paid off of my mortgage at the very beginning (assuming the place is allowed)? I guess I wasn't sure if they "stack" or if they worked more like coupons lol.

Incase anyones interested I actually was looking for more around the 2 bedroom at $380k near Blacktown/Mt Druitt area, but don't know how much this swings my decision considering the amount of extra money. Though I probably won't be buying for another 8 months.
