    Does anyone know which bank allows foreigner (without Permanent Residence Visa) to get housing loans in Melbourne?

    Citi and HSBC are a good start, but your better off speaking to a broker.

    But they do not accept u if u are Australian with foreign income .

    A number of new lenders entering the Non Resident market but hate to say going to cost you a little more then the average housing rate.
