Can anyone recommend an Buyers agent\advocate?

    Hi @Savy mum good luck with your impending purchase and do let us know how you find your experience. Just make sure that if using an agency who works all over Australia that they have locally-based licensed buyers agents and aren't doing the old "fly in fly out" method.... I did write an article on this a while ago (if you google "go local or use a national buyers agent" you'll be able to find it :)) and the severe limitations here. I hope you buy a terrific property :)

    I'm not sure if you've engaged them already but I strongly recommend engaging a BA who has intimate knowledge of the local area or areas your targeting. Just like I personally would never engage an out of area selling agency to sell my property, conversely I would never engage an out of area buyers agent to buy me a property. I think the reasons are obvious. So just be careful.
