Can anyone recommend a good BA for Sydney / NSW ?

    Next question..... why would anyone buy NOW in this market? makes little sense to me

    Exactly...to employ a BA in the Sydney market ...well...in my mind is pure madness ...let alone laziness.

    The other thing I laugh at is some BAs are still promoting the NW as good buys ...seriously???? Schofieds..Quakers Hill....Marsden Park...Baulkham Hills....now that is hilarous.....

    Bit like investors sourcing a BA in Perth.... are kidding me.... its a buyers market, over supply

    But for those wanting to buy in Perth......get on a plane.... no BA, ridiculous....
