Can a granny flat be built on a 600sqm block??

    From reading that it seems they dont have to be relatives if its in logan and a (auc unit)
    Seems ill need some decent size and side access to the backyard
    Anything else im missing ?

    You have to pay a rate for Auxillary unit. Best to speak to a grannyflat builder as to what to look out for before you buy a place. Once you have the checklist, you can source those properties that fit the criteria.

    What other requirements is there ? besides side access and decent land size ? do you know anything else thats needed to build a granny flat ?

    How long is a piece of string ?

    You need to do more checks on the block and what the council may require.
