Can a bank decline a loan after unconditional approval granted

    Especially on sub 80 deals yeah. Not sure of the exact details but have heard westpac group are very coy on PR lending. My sister in laws dad had problems with Westpac when he still was PR (as opposed citizenship). They scrutinised every single thing possible over weeks and weeks, he pulled the deal and went to Macquarie, was approved the same day.
