    Buying for investment or PPOR?
Campsie is well connected and convenient, a bit on the pricey side but not as much as croydon/ashfield.
Belmore is ~10-20% less and Lakemba ~20-30% less for a comparable property.
Main issue with Campsie is alot of units and there are plans to dump alot more into it.
Same issue with Belmore, lots of high density development going on with more planned.
Also parking in Campsie has always been an issue and will only get worse, same as any suburb along the stations with lots of development going on though.
Make sure you buy with a dedicated parking spot if you even think you will have a car, also good to have if you ever decide to sell as it appeals to more people.
