Maybe Campbelltown will become a nicer place to live ?

That and the airport better infrastructure. I think 2026 maybe a good year for the MacArthur region.

If this is free like Southbank in Brisbane it should be pretty big.

If it's paid for then it's less interesting.

If the pools next door are anything to go by, yes it will be very interesting.
And I would be selling if i owned on the parkway.

Look area needs attractions and community hang outs.

area needs more employment especially skilled.

so Campbelltown is a slow burner but the run up to 2026 is definitely happening.

it would say 600sqm blocks with solid house in the late $500k would give you a $700k home post 2026 so some potential.

That is Bradbury, to be exact, which is actually a quite nice place to live.

I do think there nice areas in Bradbury, I just dont think The Parkway from the pools to St Johns rd would by my choice of place to live.
It's been a few years and may have changed and mellowed out now.
