    Just about to settle on a property in Campbelltown, Any suggestions on PMs please ?

    Would prefer a smaller agency which specialises in property management but open for other suggestions too. thanks!

    Absolute nightmare and have no idea what they are doing. Avoid like a plague. I'd be looking at other agencies in the area instead.

    Would highly recommend @Hayley Cannon from Peachy Estate Agents - she goes out that way and is the bomb!

    Yes, we're still very happy with them. One of the best PM we've ever dealt with, and we have dealt with many many PM (had almost 30 rentals at one time, selling some lately because of the crazy land tax for expats). My agent is Renee Ashton.

    I'm sorry to hear you had bad experience with them. Interesting to hear more about your experience if you don't mind sharing them. We always find them very proactive, attentive and easy to deal with.
