    Hi guys, I purchased a property ~8 months ago and I’m just looking to establish whether or not I am have some equity available (I believe by looking at comparatives that I may). The goal is to pull some out and go again at some point in 2019z I’m hoping one of you friendly brokers may be able to get in touch and provide a valuation for me :) Thanks in advance

    Give @Corey Batt a call.

    Also ask yourself how much equity one property might have generated in 8 months? On its own it may not be sufficient to actually get you into the next property, but if you can complement it with some savings...
