Cairns Property Manager - suggestions?

    any suggestions for a Cairns property manager? For 3brm resi property 10kms south of city.
    I am using Freemans, they are charging 10% and service is average, with staff changing every 6 months. Over them.

    Following this thread.

    I use ray white cairns beaches who are ok but aggravatingly circumspect and vague in their communication - partly due to structuring their business so there is poor accountability.

    Come April/May when I have some time away from work I plan to interview some new agencies and see what else is out there. Another IP (not in Cairns) is managed by a family-run business that are not involved in sales and they are an absolute delight.

    Hi,

    We currently rent through twomey schriber in the city - highly recommend Carol whom is our property manager and find them great to deal with as a tenant.

    Really can't recommend Carol enough! We are currently looking to buy a property and will be using her when we're ready to rent it out

    Thanks Dawso - a tenant talking up a property manager! - now that is a rare event, Carol must be good - or perhaps you are an excellent tenant.

    Maybe both! But in my almost 20 something years of renting in numerous states, she would be the only one I've actually gotten along with!

    Ha, just about all of them it feels like! I've dealt with most due to the businesses we have but none for quite a while as a landlord.
