I can't look at the first two pictures. They make me feel restless and agitated.

I attend opens each weekend with Jenna Shingles and this is one I've been to a few times. The house makes no sense from the pictures - you have to walk through to get an idea of it. Essentially it's a 2 storey house spilt over 3 levels. With tiled areas lower 2 levels and timber floor top level. Few rooms down the bottom but due to ceiling height can't be called habitable rooms otherwise It's 6 or 7 bedrooms. It's had a minor spruce up since those photos were taken.

If you look carefully at the rear shot, you can see that the bottom level isn't full height. It creates the illusion that it is because of the rear slide door and side access door but it isn't. The front roof is a little higher than usual so the rear roof of the second level is flush with it.
So full height front part house with a higher than normal roof line - meets the same height roof line of the rear part of the house. You can see from a bedroom photo and the rest of the upstairs photos that there is no flat ceiling. The ceiling is the shape of the roof line. Meaning that the maximum high is being used in the rear part of the house.

Lol, yes, 3 levels over 2 stories. In the pic below the kitchen, white tile area is the 'middle' level and at the front of the house (probably an add on at some stage). The blue door on the left goes down to the dungeon area and the stairs go up to the proper bedrooms.

That's what it feels like! The security grill doors inside don't help with that feeling either...

Ok...so buy this one? There are a lot of back packers up there, a dungeon can be a positive!

Looks like a traditional high set house with a single storey addition built on to the front. Interesting camera angle from low on the front to hide rear main house.

I would describe it as a "poor Shreky Smurfy attempt at an art house" :)
