VIC Buying Property at Highton

Hi,

My wife and I, are currently looking at buying a lot at Highton, VIC.

The sites we have considered so far are on a sloping terrain. We were hoping to hear from other members who have previously bought a lot at Highton:
- Their experience during the construction process;
- Approximate increase in costs.
- Any other considerations.

Are there any other alternatives to Highton with lot size between 700 - 1000 m2?
